Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see
before confirming your order.
Q: May I pick my order up?
A: Orders are filled directly by our suppliers and ship from a different location so unless otherwise note all orders must be shipped.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. If there is time to cancel the order there will be a 5% surcharge for doing this as noted in the shopping cart at checkout..
Q: How do I find the item I want to order?
A: To find a specific item, enter the name in the Search box at the top of the Shopping page. The Search box allows you to find a list of matching items. You can also browse through the Shop by Category Section at the side of every page.
